¿ Qué entiende la gente por Diversidad ?
Sujeto 1: Conjunto de características diferentes de una misma variedad de cosas.
Ejemplo: Las razas humanas.
Sujeto 2: Conjunto de matices diferentes de una misma cosa. Ejemplo: Cualquier grupo de personas.
Sujeto 3: Variedad e interacción para obtener beneficios mutuos. Ejemplo: Un bosque (árboles, animales, insectos...)
Sujeto 4: Diferentes puntos de vista, criterios y enfoques que se pueden dar en un entorno.
Ejemplo: Las culturas.

è The Program “Siemens Management Learning” in Spain wasdeveloped to enhance the management, entrepreneurial and leadershipabilities of our people through an integrated, global and results orientedapproach to individual and organisational learning.
èThe entire program is orientated to business and to results, self-qualification in a team and a worlwide pool of knowledge by making fulluse of today's scope of information technology.
èThe S4 Program is designed for potential junior managers as apreparation for assuming a management task on the first level. The S5program is attended by Junior employees who still don’t assume orinitialize managers’ responsibilities and indicate a high potential.
èThe main objectives of Siemens Management Learning Spain are:Developing personal management and leadership, skills of change andadaptation for the new situations in management, decision making,team development and networking
èThe entire program is designed to last for ten months and itscomponents are constituted by:
– Workshops and Intersessions The participants work with best-in-class learning partners from both
outside and inside the company from around the world, practicing thelearning process in case-studies and group works.
– Business Impact Project (BIP) The integration of the learning and work processes through the
implementation of company wide team projects is the aim of theBusiness Impact Projects. These projects have a specific target to fulfillwithin an agreed timeframe.
– Distance Learning Multimedia Distance Learning modules will be employed where possible,
permitting participants to learn at their own speed.
èThe goal is to connect the Workshop and Business Impact Projectphases into a continuous learning experience, to enable thedevelopment of relationships and networking internationally and crossbusiness units using the latest communication and e-learning tools.
