EMPLOYEE DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING
Our Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing services include Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT), instant and send-off Urine Drug Screens, and Hair Follicle Testing. We offer random consortium name generator for compliance with the Department of Trans-portation (DOT) and Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) programs. Our staff members are SAPAA certified and can provide on-site Drug and Alcohol Testing for clients and their contractors, collecting specimens for post accidents, randoms, and reasonable cause. Our on-site services save the client the added cost associated with sending employees off-site for needed testing.
OSHA COMPLIANCE TESTING
Proactive Occupational Medicine can complete all required employee occupa-tional monitoring and testing in a manner that is most cost effective. We will adapt our schedules to the client and its employ-ees. We will tailor our on-site services to support client needs for first aid services, drug screening, and occupational testing such as Audiograms, Pulmonary Function Testing, Qualitative and Quantitative Res-pirator Fit Testing, and Blood Lead Level Monitoring.
WALK IN CLINIC
Our full-service occupational medical clinics are located at 1661 State Route 522 - Unit 2 in Wheelersburg, Ohio and 800 Wheeling Ave - Suite 1W in Glen Dale, West Virginia. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5pm. We also offer after-hour services through our call-out program for evenings, weekends and holidays.
WORK-SITE FIRST AID SERVICES
Proactive Occupational Medicine on-site first aid is extremely beneficial when construction, demolition, and heavy equipment work is being conducted or the work is in a remote area where EMS and medical providers are not easily accessible. We assess the job site and work with local resources to establish a plan of action and help the client develop the best plan of care for their employees in case of an emergency. Our staff will work with on-site Safety and ERT or SRT teams for the best outcome possible for employees that require off-site treatment. We work as a team member that understands the importance of incident and injury prevention, the importance of a rapid and complete injury assessment in a proactive manner, and the treatment of the injury on-site whenever possible. With Proactive Occupational Medicine on-site, Safety Professionals can focus on safety because they have the best occupational medical services available on their team. We are non-bias when it comes to off-site referrals. We work with the appropriate off-site providers that understand our philosophy on Proactive Occupational Medicine and the needs of our clients. We over-see both on-site and off-site employee medical needs and work with our clients to ensure that their employees remain as injury free as possible, safe and healthy.
HEALTH & WELLNESS SCREENINGS
