This model depends on power of the boss. Those
who are in the command must have the power to

Workers being managed under the autocratic model
often feel insecurityAnd frustration that is why
progressive managers felt that there must Be someway to develop relationship so that insecurity and

model is basically an extension of the Supportive mode
