The alcoholic fermentation was done in small stainless vats with temperature control, not going over 27. ° Celsius for 12 days. The wine aged, partially, for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. W I N E A N A L Y S I S Alcohol: 14,5% vol. / Total Acidity: 5,8 g/L / pH: 3,56 C O L O U R Ruby T A S T I N G N O T E S A powerful Reserva with a strong dark colour and beautiful black fruit aromas. In the mouth, the wine presents a rich and jammy profile showing notes of ripe red fruits, chocolate, vanilla and spices. Smooth and elegant tannins offer a nice complexity and excellent ageing potential. A long and lingering aftertaste.
