The Professional Development Course• 30 hours of the most relevant class of your life
• Course was designed in collaboration with Vanderbilt University faculty
• Take & analyze in-depth personal assessments to uncover your unique interests, strengths, values, personality, and passions
• Learn how to market yourself to an employer through a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and interview

The Capstone Project • Students will complete a capstone
project that benefits the company
• Educates students
• Provides student with a final deliverable
• Ensures meaningful work each day
Sample Capstone ProjectsAdvanced Therapeutics Laboratory • Student designed and produced a staggered herringbone micro fluidic
mixer, a device used to form nanoparticles to be used in drug delivery. TMC Innovation Lab • Student performed an in-depth market analysis for a start-up digital
health company. The Houston Mayor’s Office of International Affairs and Trade • Student created a database of all partner agreements with other cities.
Career Accelerator Students• Enrichery interns undergo a rigorous
selection process, including an online application and in-person interview
