GENERAL INFORMATION

The auction will be conducted in Spanish and English, bids or increases will be in dollars of the United States of America. The helicopter is sold in mechanical, physical and documentary conditions which is found without any claim or warranty The winner will be the person who makes the highest bid. The final price of sale will be indisputable. Before you leave the auction place, please obtain your balance due. The buyer has until Thursday August 29, 2013 to pay the final price, in case of not fulfill will lose 100% of the

guarantee and the opportunity to buy the Aircraft.

No commission will be added to the final price. The buyer must show an official identification such as a passport and documents as requested in the balance due, both original and a copy, before to sign the sales contract. Guarantee Statements to participate Participants that are not winners and presented their guarantee check will be refunded immediately at the ending the auction and those who made bank deposit or wire transfer they have to fill a return form indicating the bank account details to make the transfer. The time period for this process varies according to the country and takes between 24 hours or 72 hours. The winner guarantee shall be retained as advance of the balance payable. Payment and delivery of the helicopter

The winner will have 5 business days from the date of the auction to pay the total amount of the Hammer Price.

Bidders must submit official documentation for the contract of sale to be signed with Grupo Modelo.

After full payment and signed the contract, Grupo Modelo will make delivery of the documentation and the

helicopter to any place in México, but only if the buyer agrees to pay all the costs for aircraft transportation.

The helicopter can be delivered anywhere in Mexico if the buyer agrees to pay all the transportation costs.
