Senarai delegasi adalah seperti berikut:−

(i) YM Raja Dato’ Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom (AELB)

(ii) En. Hasmadi Hassan Pengarah Bahagian Perlesenan Lembaga Perlesenan Tenaga Atom (AELB)

Beliau juga turut mengalu-alukan kehadiran pegawai-pegawai daripada agensi lain yang terlibat secara langsung dengan projek Lynas iaitu dari Office of the

Environment Protection Authority, Department of State, Department of Mines and Petroleum dan Department of Health, Western Australia.

Badan yang lain adalah Standards Australia, National Measurement Institute (NMI) dan Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ).

(i) The International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC); (ii) The Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC); dan (iii) The OECD Working Group on Good Laboratory Practises.
