• Commitment by student to live and work in South Dakota 3 years after graduation.
• First five years, a projected 300 scholarships will be awarded annually. Endowment will support approximately 50 full-ride scholarships after five years.

During Enrollment•Students must be enrolled in their program full-time.•Students must complete the program in the expected time.•Students must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) throughout enrollment in the program.•Students must follow the technical institute’s behavioral conduct policies.
After Graduation•Must work full time, in South Dakota, for 36 months following graduation.•They have up to 6 months following graduation to secure employment.•The 36 months begins when they have started their job.
