A good working environment, seamless communication and motivation on workers, are char-acteristics that are directly related to performance, production and business success.

Our job consists mainly of carry-ing out training based on expe-riences in which we encourage interaction and understanding between partners, ranges and de-partments to enhance unity and stimulate motivation.

And all this is done from a play-ful perspective, creating a break where breathing and learning to see the company and work from a totally different perspective that will mark a turning point in the team.

To do this, we’ve created our activities based on three funda-mental axes: applied psychology, creativity and communication, which shape a different but very motivational program.

In the following dossier, we present activities that work a range of educa-tional contents in an ex-periential way. We believe that living them directly is the best way to learn and consolidate them.

Contents:

1.- Reaction to problems. At any time, in a climate of security and routine a threat that requires us to deal with unexpected events may appear.

2. Effective management of adversities. This is learned through differ-ent activities and practi-cal issues to solve.

3. The potential of the team. The activities are structured to promote unity and systemic or-ganization.

4. The individual as an agent of progress. The group itself is composed of individuals. Each one adopts a role, thus con-stituting a fundamental piece of a gear that will not work without the con-tribution of all of them.

This highlights the impor-tance of the individual in the group and the value of it in issues of empower-ment and common pro-gress.

5. Effective communica-tion. Communication involves interaction and dialogue between the parties. They have to reach agreements and realize the importance of exchanging ideas, as well as the prevalence of one party over the other when it comes to solve a conflict or achieve goals.

6. The employee of the company as a social agent. The community in general and the employee of a company in particular, plays a key role in society. His role in the different situations and junctures will be crucial for the fu-ture of the group.

Dynamics of interaction through coop-erative activities to develop communi-cation in the team and create strategies between the different members when pursuing common goals.

We generate a thematic thread in order to encourage imagination, disinhibition and break mindsets of comfort.

All this is achieved through a selection of tests that can be performed in areas such as the beach, farmhouses, the city center or your company itself, adapted to the needs and values willing to be encour-aged.

The idea of these activities is to en-gage participants in recording a video clip or a musical, in order to get the involvement and complicity be-tween them from working in groups and then give a formal coherence to audiovisual speech.

To do this, we will divide the partici-pants into teams in which everyone will make his conceptual and practi-cal contribution. Then each team will prepare its action directed by a group of specialists who will coordinate, lead and motivate all participants.

From a range of basic elements, participants create constructions taking into account the importance of optimizing the time and resources at their disposal.

They are manual activities, resulting from a process of calculation and design of struc-tures, achieved through listening, flexibility and decision-making in teams.

Brand consolidation

We will work with all participants all the artistic phases for the creation in teams of a corporate song: Letter composition, structure and metric, rhythmic melody, harmony and finally singing and acting.

The idea is that the song highlights the values transmitted by the com-pany, anecdotes, projects, vision of the workers ... As a result of the activ-ity, beyond the experience, we will get a jingle that can be used for com-mercial activities of the company

The idea is to launch a quiz, tests and music, driven by two presenters and a special feature: the option for the en-tire contest to be set by a live band that will soundtrack and through which participants will be tested.

They will work taking the company and its values as the starting point .

All tests will be related to the company in order to emphasize those aspects to be reinforced, but always from a fun perspective.

PROBLEM SOLVING IN TEAM

It is a research activity in which teams must find who, how and why a murder happened long ago, in a mysterious place. They will have to question various characters, get hints and especially work from the unit, making their contributions in order to solve each of the misfortunes and questions they will encounter.

In 2009 we started working with foundations through-out Spain creating experiences that merged the work of volunteers from companies with people with dis-abilities.

Workers give them a small theater training to be part of our team of actors. Thus, they interact with people with disabilities in first person from the imagination, com-panionship and empathy. What comes after is some-thing magical: a growth on both sides that becomes an experience that none of them will easily forget.

This proposal takes a pretext the gastronomic universe.

It consists of a series of tests related to food (not necessarily involving cooking) seeking to deal with the concept of teamwork when achieving goals reporting individual and group profit.

The basic proposal may be supplemented by the option of cooking into teams. In this case the previous tests are used to get points that will al-low them to get the food needed to carry out their culinary creations.

One of the basic communication tools is the body. In this proposal we aim to use body language as a form of interaction through group choreography in which the members of the different teams will make an artistic composition that draws on dance.

The different shows will be guided by specialists, and it is an activity that can develop both indoor (spaces chosen for the event or the facilities of the com-pany) and outdoor.

In the end, the different groups will make their performance and as in a tal-ent show there will be deliberation in order to determine the winning team.

This proposal consists of the production of a film by the workers of the company led by specialists from the differ-ent cinematographic fields. An action that integrates many very different roles: actors, technical part, clothing, makeup, soundtrack ... in which the ultimate goal is the assembly of all the pieces the work of all participants for a common goal.

A unique experience for business teams planned to be held on a working day and which has an added value: the possi-bility of watching the film at the end of the day.

The weapons of leadership and trust

MONOGRAPHICS

This proposal uses fencing to place participants in a situation that will get them out of their comfort zone. They are led by an external leader who will guide them on a path toward the different trusts, the needs of others, concentration and con-trol.

We work from the individual, the others and the team start-ing with sword techniques based on attack and defense. During the session we give utmost importance to positive reinforcement, motivation, management of error, positive environment, awareness of the fragility of a team and espe-cially, trust.

This workshop deals with from practical experience, as-pects as emotional management or spontaneity, among others, by various methods such as body control, the rhythm or the use of the voice in communicative action.

What is intended is to teach participants to efficiently connect with the speaker, to get communicative impact, to learn how to develop effective messages, and to im-provise in different situations.
