Strengthening Organizational Capacities of Partner Civil Society Organizations for Mobilising Youth and Managing Volunteers
THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS WORKSHOP
Strengthen the organizational capacities of CSOs in Policy Project Management, Change Management, Youth Mobilization and Volunteer Management. These capacities and tools are key pillars of CSOs’ work in the framework of CSF South. These resources will ensure a standard level for CSOs to work together in policy change and development especially in the context of coalitions and networks.
