ERRATA The figures appearing on pages 617 and 621 of the JOURNAL OF CARDIOTHORACIC ANESTHESIA, Vol 3, No 5 (October), 1989, were inadvertently switched. Figure 1 in the report by Choudry et al, "Persistent Left Superior Vena Cava," appears below in its correct form. Fig 1. The first postoperative chest x-ray, The left lung is a transplant. The PA flotation catheter lies in a left superior vena cava, and its tip is in the main pulmo- nary artery. A triple-lumen CVP catheter marks the position of the right superior vana cava.
