• Monarch Investments Group is rapidly growing its portfolio of retail properties, expanding its geographic footprint and creating value for its investors.

• We focus our strategy on acquiring open-air retail centers, including anchored neighborhood centers, unanchored strip centers and power centers.

• Our primary focus is on the southeastern United States; however, we consider properties beyond that footprint that are within our investment criteria.

• Although we acquire many types of properties, we particularly focus on acquiring value-add, turnaround or reposition assets with a value of $10-$30 million. This “niche” is too large for the individual buyer and too small for the institutional buyer, allowing us to compete in the least efficient area of the retail market.

• Monarch acquires properties from banks and lenders, loan servicers and trustees, public REITS, large portfolio companies and private investors and owners.

• We move with speed, clarity and certainty, which sets us apart in a crowded marketplace.

Crown understands that the retail market is one of the last markets in real estate to recover. Currently we are strong buyers in this market while being very cautious buyers in our other two divisions. Obviously our sales show the opposite- strong sales in the other two divisions (Duke Land and Marquis Investments) and less sales currently in retail.

• Duke Homes was formed in mid-2009 with a focus on acquiring semi-custom and custom home lots in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area. With strong credit and an excellent track record, the principals of Duke Homes aggressively purchased “Class A” residential lots for future construction. With extensive home building and lot development experience, Duke Homes capitalized on the extreme devaluation that occurred in the residential lot market.

• Capitalizing on the success of Duke Homes and understanding the rapid absorption of residential lots, Crown Holdings Group created the new entity Duke Land Group, LLC in 2013.

• Duke Land Group is in the process of rezoning and redeveloping two mixed use master community sites. One site is located in the heart of Dunwoody, and the other is located in the City of Roswell, consisting of 109 acres at 400 and Holcomb Bridge Road. Together these projects will deploy over $2 billion and contain over 5 million square feet of mixed use urban development.

• Duke Land Group is also working to rezone and redevelop several mixed use land tracts in Roswell, Dunwoody, Woodstock, Alpharetta and Milton.

• Duke Land Group understands that holding new land is much riskier than owning income producing properties, therefore it is extremely selective in its acquisitions.

Blair SchlossbergCo-founder and Principal

Mr. Schlossberg partnered with Moshe Manoah to form Crown Holdings Group in 2009. Together they have completed over $1 billion in real estate transactions mainly in the residential land development, multifamily and retail commercial projects.

Mr. Schlossberg has founded numerous successful real estate companies, capitalizing on his strong relationships in the industry. Previously, Schlossberg worked as an associate at Alston & Bird where he received experience with residential and retail development.

Mr. Schlossberg is a graduate of the University of Texas where he was President of the Texas Student Body and received the Presidential Leadership Award and Scholarship. He completed a comparative legal studies program at Oxford University (England), received his Doctorate of Law degree from Emory University, and then obtained his MBA from the Emory University Goizueta School of Business.

Mr. Manoah is instrumental in the acquisition, management and ultimate disposition of the shopping centers and multifamily residential projects within the Crown family. He has completed over $1 billion in residential development, commercial development and re-development of real estate projects

Manoah began his career more than 25 years ago as a founding member and general contractor of NRI Construction, Inc. Mr. Manoah was responsible for all business development at NRI where he successfully brought the company to over $250 million in revenue in a short period of time

Dan Miles Principal and Managing Member of

Marquis InvestmentsDaniel J. Miles is the managing principal partner of Marquis Investments, the multi-family affiliate of Crown Holdings Group, LLC. Mr. Miles has over two decades of experience acquiring, developing, financing and managing multifamily real estate assets. Mr. Miles began his career with the founding of MPI, INC in 1990 where he acquired and developed over 35,000 units with a market capitalization of over 1 billion dollars.

While at Marquis Investment, Mr. Miles has sourced, acquired and sold over 10,000 units over 5 years. His additional responsibilities at the Company include the raising of capital, asset management and Investor Relations.

Mr. LaMastra has over two decades of experience in acquiring, developing, financing and managing retail real estate assets.

Mr. LaMastra has identified, overseen and executed over 50 mergers and acquisitions and has grown and engineered the sale of two companies for over $100 million.

Mr. LaMastra began his career at Alston & Bird where he focused his practice on corporate and real estate work in the areas of real estate lending and finance, project development, capital structure and asset acquisition and disposition. Meir Matana has over 24 years of experience in real estate, legal, finance, business management and engineering. He is responsible for investor fundraising, financing and investor relations.

Matana began his career as a Practical and Field Engineer. He then worked as an attorney at Fischer, Behar, Chen & Co, specializing in real estate, corporate finance, and private placements.

Mr. Livnat began his real estate career when he purchased, renovated, designed, constructed and sold over 800 single family town homes and condos in the metro Atlanta area.
