SUMMARY
After some years of experience in different positions in retail, with a solid background in sales, corporate social
responsibility and customer service, my passion for increasing the customers´ satisfaction made me step into the hospitality
industry, selecting Les Roches to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in International Hotel Management.
I am currently working in the Room Mate Anna hotel as Assistant Director, where I have the opportunity to work together
with all the hotel´s departments, assisting the General Manager in the hotel organization.
