(iii) He also requested for installation the Security Booth near Transformer at shop No. D -438 to stop encroachment & unauthorized parking.

LT(C) informed that the booth is ready and will be installed after examine of traffic lll U\-t: lllClll.

Sccrctary (MNI) asked EE(E) to examine the matter within one week & proposal be put accordingly.

Secretary asked OS (Enf.) for special encroachment drive in morning shift & also ordered to remove encroachers & deploy 2 security personal round the clock near transformer in AB chowk. NSM Azadpur.

Action: OS(Enf.)/EE(C) (v i) He informed that Kheera traders are operating from tin shed (Kachha) at B-Block parking

and further requested that a permanent shed (Pakka) may be constructed in place of temporary shed & as has been done in Mater Shed.

(v ii ) He informed that there are a dark spot outside the Mandi & electric bulb be installed there.

Mis. Kashmiri Lal Surinder Kr., Shop No.A-261 , Lie No. B-1679, Mis. Deepak 1--:urnar T irlok Chand, Shop No.A-261 , Lie No. B-1429 informed that they was allotted¾ phar for i\-losarnbi Trade which is too small to manage day to day activity which is necessary to sell .\'los~unbi as the goods sold after shorting & grading. They also informed that Mosambi are 1"1:cc i, ed in loose & thereafter packed in katta which is in cylindrical form, hence it in not possible 10 -;t:1ck them vertically. Therefore, they requested to increase the space from 3/4 phar to One phar.

7. Sh. San deep Khandelwal , for M/s. Om _Sh yam Traders, Shop No.A - 1137 raised th~ issues as under: -

l k informed that some of the traders selling the cemented & clay coated potato, which is harmful for the human life. He also sought the status of his earlier complaints. .

DS(l:nf'.) informed that sample has been sent to DAM (Lab) & action will be taken after receiving the lab reports .

I Ii: informed that some of the trader of A-Block cutting the lanter of roof & prepare the room the action be taken against the'people.

8. Sh . ll 1m:sh Kr, Potato Commission agent from Shop No. A-266 raised the following points . (i) He raised the issue of selling the liquor illegally opposite Kissan Bhawan.

Secretary (MN!) asked DS(Enf) to write a letter to Delhi Police to resolve the problem. Action:DS(Enf)

(ii) He informed about the broken foothpath & Dark spot in around Hira Singh Park. He requested for installation of double handed electric pole to resolve the dark spot problem .

Action : EE(C)/EE(E)

(iii ) He informed that street lights are not installed in A, B, C & D block since long. LL(E) informed that 4 Bid from Gems conducted but material has not been supplied by the contractor. He also informed that issue of next bid is under process. Secy.(MNI) asked EE(E) to write a letter to Gem for black list of defaulter suppliers.

Action: EE(E) ( iv ) He requested for installation of the Dalla lights of shed No. I 3.

Secretary (MNI) asked EE(E) for survey of whole mandi to resolve the problem of Dalla lights.

Action : EE(E) ( v) I le suggested that meeting of Dispute Sub-committee be held on every month.

Secretary (MNI) asked DS(DSC) to take the necessary steps for holding the Dispute Sub­committee meetings in every month.

Action : DS(DSC)

At the end, it was assured by Secretary (MNI) in the meeting that steps would be taken to address the grievances and problems of the Mandi stake holders at the earliest. /' ',
