DESCRIPCION DEL CURSO

CURSO: MANTENIMIENTO

 Tiempo de duración: 2 días (14 horas)

Numero de Participantes: 8 Estudiantes

DIRIGIDO A Este curso ha sido diseñado para mecánicos, técnicos de servicio,instructores, comunicadores técnicos, supervisores e ingenieros de servicioque trabajan con maquinaria Caterpillar.

RESUMEN El curso se desarrollará 20% en el aula y 80% en la máquina de acuerdo a ladisponibilidad de esta.

La clase de aula será una presentación del Mantenimiento de los principalesmodelos de máquinas Caterpillar: Excavadora 330D, Cargador 950H y TractorD8T

En cada lección módulo se revisará la ubicación de componentes y los puntosde servicio y procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.

Realizaremos varios laboratorios para que los participantes refuercen losconocimientos aprendidos en clase y practiquen sus habilidades en lamáquina.

Se incidirá en el correcto procedimiento de Entrega Técnica de los EquiposCaterpillar

OBJETIVOSGENERALES

Al término de este curso, los estudiantes estarán en capacidad de realizar lossiguientes procesos:

_ Realizar una inspección alrededor de la máquina localizando yexplicando todos los rótulos de advertencia y seguridad

_ Localizar todos los puntos de servicio, ubicación de filtros y tomas demuestras, además de los procedimientos para revisar los niveles delos compartimientos y hacer los cambios de fluidos de acuerdo alPrograma de Mantenimiento del Manual de Operación y

Mantenimiento._ Identificar cada uno de los controles de operación de la máquina,

indicadores de alerta e interruptores

REQUISITOS Los estudiantes deberán tener conocimientos básicos de:

_ Uso de Herramientas.

_ Inglés (de preferencia)

Esta lección ayuda a familiarizarse con las características

principales de la Excavadora y con las prácticas básicas para elmantenimiento correcto de la máquina

CLASE Presentación de los productos y vistas generales de la maquina,características generales y especificaciones técnicas, ubicación decomponentes principales y criterios de inspección.

LABORATORIOS - Ubicar las rótulos de advertencia y seguridad en la Hoja de TrabajoN° 1.1

- Recorrer la máquina con la lista de chequeo de mantenimiento diarioy el recorrido de inspección en las Hojas de Trabajo N° 1.2 y N° 1.3

- Identificar los componentes de la cabina en la Hoja de Trabajo N° 1.4

1. Apague el motor. Coloque el interruptor en la posición DESCONECTADA2. Si tiene, haga girar interruptor de la batería a la posición OFF. Si no hay uninterruptor master, desconecte el cable negativo de la batería

3. Conecte el cable de tierra. Posicione la abrazadera lo más cerca de lasoldadura. Asegúrese de que el recorrido eléctrico desde el cable a tierra alcomponente no pase a través de ningún cojinete. proteja:

Cojinetes del tren de impulsión ,Componentes hidráulicos , Componenteseléctricos, Otros componentes de la máquina

4. Proteja todos los mazos de cables contra escoria o residuos de soldadura

5. Siga los procedimientos de soldadura para unir los materiales

No permita que la máquina gire por la fuerza dedesplazamientocuando esté usando el cucharón, el brazo o lapluma como ayuda en eldesplazamiento. Si la fuerza de desplazamiento

hace que la máquinagire, pueden producirse averías en el motor dela rotación y el mandode la rotación

Para evaluar el freno de estacionamiento arranque el motor, levanteligeramente el cucharón, conecte el freno de estacionamiento, ponga latransmisión en Tercera Adelante y el control de cambios automáticos enmanual, se debe encender la luz del freno, aumente gradualmente lavelocidad hasta llegar a alta en vacío, no debe moverse el equipo

ACEITE

Proporciona una película de aceite que reduce: el contacto de metal contra metal, la fricción y eldesgaste.Es importante la selección del aceite, basandose en los requisitos del compartimiento según losespecifica el fabricante.

Viscosidad.- Es la resistencia del aceite al fluir. Cualidad más importante del aceite.- A mayor viscosidad, mayor resistencia al fluir.- A menor viscosidad, menor resistencia al fluir.

Es importante que el aceite tenga la viscosidad correcta a temperaturas altas como a tem peraturasbajas donde va a operar el compartimiento.

Indice de Viscosidad (VI) .- Es la resistencia del fluido al variar su viscosidad ante cambios detemperatura.

Punto de Fluidez.- Es la temperatura más baja a la que un lubricante puede ser vertido o puedefluir bajo condiciones específicas.

ASTM (Americam Society for Testing Materials ó Sociedad Americana para Prueba de Materiales) 

API (American Petroleum Institute ó Instituto Americano de Petróleo) 

Las diferentes clasificaciones para la fabricación de aceites son establecidas por API. Las clasificaciones dadas por API, para cada compartimiento son las siguientes: trans-misiones, motores diesel o gasolina, maquinarias agrícolas, engranajes,equipos milita-res, etc.Ejemplo:

- Motores Diesel (CI-4, CH-4, CG-4, CF-4)- Motores Gasolineros (SL,SJ, SI, SH, SG)- Transmision (TO-4)- Tractores (MTO)- Engranajes (GL)

SAE (Society Automotive Engineer ó Sociedad de Ingenieros Automotrices) categoriza a losaceites de acuerdo a su viscosidad, con un sistema de numeración.Ejemplo:SAE 5 W, SAE 10W, SAE 30, SAE 15W40, SAE 40, SAE 50, SAE 60,SAE 80W90, SAE 85W140, etc.

La letra "W" viene de Winter (Invierno)

CLASIFICACION DE LOS ACEITES DE ACUERDO AL GRADO DE 

VISCOSIDAD: 

ACEITE MONOGRADO.- Estos aceites tienen un sólo grado de viscosidad.Ejemplo:

ACEITE MULTIGRADO.- Estos aceites son diseñados para tener una menor viscosidaden el arranque, y cuando aumenta la temperatura del compartimiento, el aceitealcanza su viscosidad de operación.Ejemplo:SAE 15W40 : se comporta al inicio como un aceite 15W y luegoalcanza el grado del aceite SAE 40

CLASIFICACION DE LOS ACEITES DE ACUERDO A SU COMPOSICION: 

ACEITES MINERALES.- Son aceites derivados de productos minerales, como el petróleo.La selección del aceite crudo y el proceso de refinamiento determinan las características

de la materia prima.Las mezclas de aceite que se usan con mayor frecuencia son:a) Crudos Parafínicos, contienen demasiada cera y proporciona materia prima con

alto índice de viscosidad.b) Crudos Nafténicos, proporcionan materias primas con medianos y bajos índices de

viscosidad, contienen muy poca cera y puntos bajos de fluidez.

ACEITES SINTETICOS.- Son lubricantes que se forman por un proceso de reacción quí mica,en vez de por extracción y refinamiento.Tambien se denominan " esters ".

- Tienen indices de viscosidad mucho más altos que los aceites minerales.- Cuentan con puntos de fluidez considerablemente más bajos.- Lubrican mejor que los aceites minerales.- Son demasiados costosos.- Para usar estos aceite es necesario tomar en cuenta el diseño de los componentes en cuanto alas características de sellado y compatibilidad del aceite.

ANTECEDENTES DE LOS ACEITES

Los aceites han ido evolucionando para atender a las exigencias cada vez mayores, impuestassobre los motores en cuanto al aumento de rendimiento y la reducción de emisiones.Estos cambios están bien ilustrados por las categorías de servicio del API.

API Y LOS MOTORES DIESEL CON CAMARA DE PRECOMBUSTION CATERPILLAR  

Caterpillar participa en el desarrollo de los aceites desde la década de 1,930 y tambien ha estable-cido las normas hasta comienzos de la decada de los 70´s.

* En 1,973 : API introdujo su sistema de clasificación de aceites- CD , categoría para motores diesel Caterpillar con PC (Cámara de Precombustión)

Al comienzo de los 80´s, se empezó a requerir mayor economia de combustible y los motores dieselestaban cambiando. Se introdujerón nuevos diseños de motores con sistemas de combustibles DI(Inyección Directa).

* En 1,983 : API presentó la categoría de aceite- CE, para las necesidades de los motores diesel DI y PC. 

* En 1,994 : se presenta la categoría- CF, que reemplazó a la obsoleta categoría CD para motores diesel Caterpillar con PC.

API Y LOS MOTORES DIESEL CON INYECCION DIRECTA CATERPILLAR  * En 1,990 : se introdujo la categoría

- CF-4, totalmente dedicada a los motores diesel modernos, atienden la dispersión al controlarel espesor del aceite y reducir el desgaste.Estos motores modernos se caracterizan por menor consumo de combustible,bajas emisiones

 y altas potencias nominales.

* En 1,995 : API lanza la categoría- CG-4, diseñada para operar en los motores diesel DI más recientes de bajas emisiones y en los

motores diesel DI no regulados. Estos aceites mantienen dispersas las partículas de hollín y el

control de desgaste. Tienen aproximadamente doble poder dispersante que los aceites CF-4.

* En 1,998 : a fines del 98 API lanza la categoría - CH-4, se podría decir que tienen doble poder de dispersión que los aceites CG-4.

* En 2,001 : en Julio del 2001 API lanza la categoría - CI-4, se podría decir que tienen mejor poder de dispersión que los aceites CH-4.

Cómo tomar una buena muestra deaceiteUsando una sonda de válvulas de aceite Este método de tomar muestras requiere una Sonda de Latón 8T9208 y un tubo de aproximadamente15 cm (6 pulg). Si va a tomar muestras de varios compartimientos, comience por el sistema más limpiogeneralmente el sistema hidráulico, siga con la transmisión o el sistema de dirección y finalmente elsistema del motor.Utilice un trozo de tubo nuevo para cada máquina o motor. Después de tomar muestras de aceite delmotor, es de suma importancia descartar el tubo debido a la posibilidad de que el hollín y los aditivosdel aceite queden depositados en el tubo y contaminen otras muestras.

Paso AHaga funcionar el motor avelocidad baja en vacío y quitela tapa contra el polvo de laválvula del compartimiento enque va a tomar la muestra.

Paso BInserte la sonda en la válvula y recoja

aprox. 100 ml(4 oz líquidas) de aceiteen un recipiente para basura. Si el flu-

 jo de aceite es muy lento a Baja en va-cío, puede ser necesario que alguienacelere la velocidad del motor hastaalta en vacío mientras extrae la muestrade aceite. Deseche debidamente este aceite. (Este proceso limpia la válvula y ayuda a obtenercon mayor seguridad una muestra que represente el estado en que se encuentra el aceite).

Paso CVuelva a insertar la sonda en laválvula y llene tres cuartaspartes de la botella paramuestras. No la llenecompletamente. No permitala entrada de suciedad en labotella ni en la tapa.

Paso D

Saque la sonda de la válvula y asegure la tapa a la botella.Luego ponga la botella con laetiqueta debidamente llenadaen el tubo de envío.

Evitando la contaminaciónPara evitar la contaminación, no tome muestras de la corriente de drenaje de aceite, de un recipientede aceite de desecho ni de un filtro usado.

Cómo asegurar resultados precisos del Programa S•O•S

Llene la etiqueta correctamente Para asegurar resultados precisos de la muestra, anote toda la información solicitada para cadacompartimiento de la máquina. El modelo, número de serie y las unidades del medidor de serviciotanto del equipo como del aceite son muy importantes. Si es necesario, puede obtener la información

sobre la clasificación y el tipo de aceite y la lectura del medidor de servicio de los registros deltaller cuando efectuaron el último cambio de aceite. También es de importancia primordial indicar sicambió (o no cambió) el aceite al tomar la muestra.Las muestras de aceite nuevo son necesarias para analizar las condiciones en que se encuentra elaceite. Al recibir aceite de una marca nueva o un envío de aceite en gran volumen, envíe una muestraindicando en la etiqueta el tipo, la marca y la clasificación del aceite.Para evitar que la etiqueta se engrase y facilitar su lectura, llénela con la información antes de tomarlas muestras.

Paso DAccione la manija de la bomba paracrear un vacío. Mantenga la bombaen posición vertical — si la voltea sepuede contaminar con el aceite. Si leentra aceite a la bomba, desármela ylímpiela antes de tomar la muestra.Llene tres cuartas partes de labotella para muestras. No la llenecompletamente.

Paso ESaque el tubo del compartimiento.Saque la botella de la bomba devacío y asegure la tapa a la botella.Luego ponga la botella con laetiqueta debidamente llenada enel tubo de envío.

Usando otra bomba para tomar muestras de refrigerantePara tomar muestras de refrigerante, no utilice la misma bomba que ha usado para extraer lasmuestras de aceite. A pesar de que el fluido no entra en el barril de la bomba, el residuo de glicol deuna muestra de refrigerante puede causar “resultados positivos falsos” en las muestras de aceiteque se tomen posteriormente con la misma bomba. Destine otra bomba para el muestreo delrefrigerante.

Facilitando el muestreo S•O•S

Instalando válvulas de muestreo de aceiteLa mayoría de los modelos más recientes de máquinas y motores Caterpillar están equipados conválvulas de muestreo para compartimientos de aceite bajo presión. Puede que algunos motores ymáquinas no tengan estas válvulas pero su instalación es fácil y barata.Para evitar la contaminación del sistema durante la instalación, es importante instalar las válvulas enla ubicación correcta en cada sistema. Le podemos ayudar con procedimientos específicos deinstalación.

Usando un dispositivo para cortar los tubosEs difícil cortar el tubo con una navaja y además da lugar a la entrada de partículas que puedencontaminar su muestra al entrar en el tubo.Para evitar estos problemas recomendamos usar el Cortador de Tubos IU7648 que le permitiráhacer un corte limpio con una sola mano. También hay Cuchillas de Repuesto IU8589 para el cortadorde tubos.

Manteniendo limpios los utensilios de muestreoMantenga tapadas las botellas para aceite nuevas vacías y almacene las botellas y los tubos en bolsasde plástico a prueba de polvo.La bomba de vacío y la sonda de válvula de latón también se deben mantener protegidas contra elpolvo. Si usted piensa que una muestra está contaminada, deséchela y tome otra muestra.

ANALISIS DEL ACEITE 

El Análisis Programado del Aceite permite preveer fallas y detectar niveles de desgaste, pudiendo

impedir que los problemas menores se vuelvan averías mayores.Consiste en un examen al aceite lubricante de diferentes compartimientos como: sistema hidráulico,dirección hidráulica, enfriamiento de frenos, motor, transmisión, caja marina, mando de la bomba,ruedas delanteras, diferenciales o ejes, mandos finales, tandems, rola, tornamesa, circulo de giro,compresor, caja reductora, cabezal de rotación, bastidores, cubos delanteros, etc.

VARIABLES QUE AFECTAN EL DESGASTE 

Hay 3 factores que afectan el contenido de una Muestra de Aceite:

a) El Aceite Lubricante (tipo y estado),  mala calidad, clasificación API errónea, viscosidad

inapropiada y prolongar el intervalo de cambio de aceite, afectan los resultados del análisis.b) La Contaminación, exterior en la forma de agua, tierra, combustible o glicol (anticongelante).

c) Las Partículas de Desgaste, resultan de la operación de las piezas.El desgaste causado por los procedimientos de operación diaria, produce una cantidadinesperada de partículas de desgaste normal.Sin embargo las piezas inapropiadamente instaladas o ajustadas, pueden causar desgasteprematuro o acelerado.

Estos factores son a su vez afectados por los procedimientos de mantenimiento (intervalos de

cambio de aceite/filtros, mantenimiento del sistema de enfriamiento, afinamientos programados,ajustes inspecciones, etc.)

NOTA: EL ANALISIS DE ACEITE NO IMPIDE QUE LOS COMPONENTES SE DESGASTEN.EL ANALISIS NOS INDICA UN INDICE DE DESGASTE O APUNTA HACIA UN DESGASTE 

ANORMAL, INDICANDO LA NECESIDAD DE ALGUN TIPO DE ACCION TAL COMO LA NECESIDAD DE CAMBIAR LAS PRACTICAS DE MANTENIMIENTO O TAM BIEN LA 

POSIBILIDAD DE UNA REPARACION .

 TIPOS DE ANALISIS QUE REALIZA 

EL LABORATORIO DE ANALISIS DE FLUIDOS 

El Análisis Periódico de Aceite consiste en una serie de pruebas de diagnóstico que nos llevan a medirla contaminación y degradación en una muestra de aceite.Las pruebas que realiza el Laboratorio Análisis de Fluidos de FERREYROS S.A.A. son las siguientes:

1) DETECCION DE ELEMENTOS DE DESGASTE 

Se realiza mediante un Equipo Plasma ICP(Plasma de Acoplamiento Inductivo).Se detectan 22 elementos metálicos,

La combinación de estos elementos manifiesta un normalo anormal desgaste de componentes de la máquina.Si es necesario pueden incluirse otros elementos.Se aplica a los aceites de todos los compartimientos.Esta prueba controla la proporción de desgaste de un componente determinado identificando

 y midiendo la concentración de los elementos de desgaste que se encuentran en el aceite.

Este Análisis de Desgaste se expresa en partes por millón (ppm) o miligramo / Litro (mg/Lt) y sólo detecta partículas hasta un tamaño de 10 micrones ( 10 u ).

2) ANALISIS DE LA CONDICION DEL ACEITE

El Analisis de la Condición del Aceite se determina mediante un Espectrofotómetro Infrarrojo.Esta prueba tambien se conoce como FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Analysis), identifica ycuantifica componentes orgánicos al medir su absorción de luz infrarroja a la longitud de ondaespecífica de cada componente orgánico.

Este Análisis Infrarrojo (IR) compara muestras tanto de aceite usado como de aceite nuevo.Se aplica a los aceites de todos los compartimientos.Mide la cantidad de Hollín, Oxidación, Nitración y Azufre.Tambien puede detectar contaminación con Agua, Combustible o Glicol.Estas cantidades son expresadas en porcentajes (%).NOTA:  

Los Aceites de Baja Calidad se degradan más rápido que un Aceite de 

Alta Calidad .

HOLLIN (Soot).- El Hollín sólo se encuentra en el aceite del motor.Es residuo insoluble parcialmente quemado que puede obstruir los filtros y espesar el aceite.Las condiciones que pueden acumular Hollín son las siguientes:

- Filtro de aire sucio o taponeado- Sobrecarga del motor- Marcha en vacío excesiva- Temperaturas frías del motor- Combustible de baja calidad- Aceleración excesiva / rápida- Paso de gases de los pistones al carter- Operación deficiente del inyector de combustible.

OXIDACION (Oxidation).- Este proceso ocurre cuando las moléculas de oxígeno se unenquímicamente con las moléculas de aceite (motor, transmisión e hidráulico).La oxidación hace que el aceite se espese, se formen ácidos orgánicos y obstru yan los filtrosconduciendo al atascamiento de los anillos , formación de incrus taciones y barnizado.Esta reacción química se acelera debido a:

- Los agentes de oxidación en los gases de combustión de los motores diesel- Altas temperaturas- Presencia de cobre- Contaminación de glicol debido al refrigerante del motor- Intervalos prolongados de aceite.

 NITRACION (Nitration).- La Nitración ocurre en todos los motores, pero generalmente re-presenta un problema en los motores de gas natural.Si no se controla puede llevar a la obstrucción del filtro, que se formen depósi tos pesados en lospistones, que se formen barnizados en las válvulas y pisto nes.Este proceso es producido por:

- Los compuestos del nitrógeno, provenientes del proceso de combustión.

SULFATACION (Sulfation).- El azufre está presente en todos los combustibles y es peligrosopara todas las piezas y componentes del motor.Durante la combustión , el azufre del combustible se combina con el agua prove niente de la humedaddel sistema formando ácidos.El ácido corroe todas las piezas del motor, pero es más peligroso para las vál vulas, guías de válvulas,anillos de pistón y las camisas.El control de los ácidos en el cigüeñal del motor pueden ser afectados por:

- Combustibles con alto contenido de azufre

- Humedad- Temperaturas de ambiente- Temperaturas de combustión- Cantidades máximas de aceite o ningún aceite- Niveles de BN (Base Number o Número de Base)

BN.- Cantidad expresada en términos del núm. equivalente de mg de base,

que se requiere para neutralizar todos los constituyentes ácidos pre- 

sentes en un gramo muestra 

BN (mg KOH/g aceite) 

3) PRUEBAS FISICAS Las pruebas físicas confirman la presencia de Agua, Combustible y Glicol en el Aceite.AGUA (Water).- La presencia y cantidad aproximada de agua se detecta por

la "Prueba de Chisporroteo"

Método Karl Fisher  En un plato caliente (Hot Plate) a una temperaturaEntre 230°F y 250°F. Se coloca una gota de aceite.La cantidad de chisporroteo indica la cantidad deagua presente (0.1%, 0.5%, 1.0% y +1.0%).

Cualquier cantidad de agua mayor a 0.5% es excesiva.

El agua combinada con el aceite crea una emulsión que obstruye el filtro.El agua y el aceite forman un ácido peligroso que corroe el metal.La contaminación con agua puede deberse a los siguientes factores:

- Condensación en el cárter - Fugas en el sistema de enfriamiento que permiten que el agua entre desde el exterior al

sistema lubricante del motor.

 COMBUSTIBLE (Fuel).- La contaminación con combustible se comprueba por la "Prueba de

Destello"

Método Setaflash  En un Setaflash calibrado a una temperatura de 325°F se

inyecta 4 ml de aceitemotor en un recipiente cerrado delSetaflash y se cocina 2 minutos.Los vapores de combustible impulsados por el calorproducirán destellos, si la dilución es igual o mayor que el4.0%.

La contaminación con combustible disminuye las propiedades lubricantes del aceite. La película deaceite pierde la firmeza necesaria para impedir el contacto de metal contra metal y puede llevaral deterioro de los cojinetes y agarrotamiento del pistón.La dilución de combustible es producto de:

- El resultado de trabajo en vacío por un período extendido- Falla del sistema de combustible: inyectores, bombas o tuberías.

GLICOL (Refrigerante o Anticongelante).- La presencia de anticongelante se determinamediante una prueba química ( añadir un reactivo químico a la muestra de aceite),si hay presencia de glicol, se producira un cambio de color.El glicol causa oxidación rápida del aceite.El aceite oxidado se pone pegajoso y forma sedimento que obstruye el filtro.La presencia de glicol en el aceite, generalmente indica:- Una fuga en el sistema de enfriamiento.

Caterpillar especifica la no presencia de Glicol en el aceite, por ningún tipo de cantidad.

4) CONTEO DE PARTICULAS

Se utiliza como equipo un Contador de Partículas.Cuantifica y categoriza, según el tamaño, la cantidadde partículas existentes en el aceite hasta un tamañode 100 micrones.

Cuantifica tanto las partículas metálicas como lasno metálicas.Este análisis se aplica a los aceites de sistemas ce-rrados y no al de un sistema abierto (motor).Utiliza el Código ISO 4406 para definir los resultadosdel análisis.

 5) VISCOSIDAD 

Definición.- Es la resistencia del aceite al fluirEs la cualidad más importante del aceite.- A mayor viscosidad, mayor resistencia al fluir.

- A menor viscosidad, menor resistencia al fluir.

Es importante que el aceite tenga la viscosidadcorrecta a temperaturas altas y bajas en las queva a operar el compartimiento.

Medición.- Para medir la viscosidad de un fluido, se utiliza un aparato denominado "Viscosímetro".Existen 2 escalas de medición:

- A 40°C (Representa la temperatura de ambiente)- A 100°C (Representa la temperatura de operación)

Las unidades de medición más comunes son:- Centistokes (cSt), cuando la temperatura está dada en °C (Grados Celsius o Grados Centigrados)- Second Saybolt Universal (SSU), cuando la temperatura está dada en °F (Grados Fahrenheit)

A mayor temperatura, la viscosidad tiende a disminuir.A menor temperatura, la viscosidad tiende a permanecer igual o aumentar.

Indice de Viscosidad (VI) .- No tiene unidad de medición (Adimensional).Es la resistencia del fluido al variar su viscosidad ante cambios de temperatura.- A Mayor VI, el aceite no altera su viscosidad al variar su temperatura- A Menor VI, el aceite altera su viscosidad al variar la temperatura.

Ejemplo:El aceite de motor SAE 15W40 tiene un índice de viscosidad apro ximado de 141.

6) INDICE PQ 

El PQ es un equipo automático para determinar cuantitativamente el nivel de partículasferromagnéticas en muestras de aceites usados.

Estas partículas ferrosas pueden provenir del acero, hierro o alguna aleación ferrosa que son icludomayores que 10 micras.Por qué usar la tecnología PQ?  

Una medida del PQ es una herramienta esencialen los programas de análisis de aceite usado yaque puede identificar partículas ferrosas grandesno detectadas por otras técnicas analíticas.El resultado es mostrado como un “Índice PQ”.Este índice es una medida adimensional que puederelacionarse con los valores de los códigos Iso de latécnica del Conteo de Partículas y/o con las ppm

obtenidas por el equipo ICP Plasma.Cabe resaltar que este tipo de análisis apuntaespecialmente a determinar el nivel de desgasteinterno de todos los componentes de su máquinaspermitiendonos mayor precisión en el diagnósticopredictivo.
