Itinerario

Día 1 … / Juliaca / Puno Presentarse con dos horas de anticipación en el aeropuerto para abordar el vuelo a la ciudad de Juliaca en Puno. Llegada a la ciudad de Juliaca, Puno en el vuelo programado, recepción en el aeropuerto y traslado al hotel elegido. Pernocte en Puno. Día 2 Puno/ Islas de los Uros y Taquile /Puno Recojo en su hotel para la excursión a las Islas de los Uros y Taquile en lancha rápida, que hace el recorrido en menor tiempo, lo cual le permitirá disfrutar más de las islas. Los habitantes de las islas de los Uros encuentran organizados, se dedican a la caza y pesca y administran las actividades turísticas en su territorio. Con la totora, fabrican las islas flotantes en donde residen, es también alimento para el hombre y sus animales, refugio para sus piezas de caza y herramienta indispensable para sus actividades cotidianas. Continuamos navegando a la isla Taquile, habitada por nativos quechuas, quienes han desarrollado un eficiente y original sistema social y una magnífica técnica de tejido. Almuerzo típico en casa de los pobladores. Caminata por sus colinas. En la tarde regreso a Puno y traslado al Hotel. Día 3 Puno/ Chullpas de Sillustani/ Juliaca /Lima A hora oportuna traslado al aeropuerto para abordar el vuelo de retorno a Lima. En ruta al aeropuerto, visita a las Chullpas de Sillustani, torres funerarias de planta circular, construidas de piedra, que alcanzan los 12 m de altura y que fueron utilizadas tanto por los collas como por los incas. El lago Umayo, al pie del sitio arqueológico, contribuye con su belleza a un escenario de por sí hermoso.

Itinerario

Día 01 Lima / Iquitos / Heliconia Amazon River Lodge (A.C.) Llegada y Bienvenida en el stand de Amazon River Expeditions, ubicado dentro del Aeropuerto Internacional de Iquitos. Traslado a nuestra oficina de Operaciones ubicada en la ciudad y orientación de los servicios, según el voucher. A hora indicada traslado al Puerto de Bellavista, ubicado a orillas del Río Nanay donde abordaremos un bote rápido para emprender nuestro viaje por el Río Amazonas hacia la Selva de Yanamono (Mono Negro) que tiene el reconocimiento de contar con la mayor cantidad de especies arbóreas ( mas de 300 especies) lugar donde está ubicado Heliconia Amazon River Lodge. . Durante este viaje de aproximadamente 1 hora 15 minutos podremos observar la confluencia del Río Amazonas con el Río Nanay y asimismo disfrutaremos del impresionante paisaje selvático y las pintorescas casitas de los poblados ribereños. Visita a una comunidad nativa, donde tendremos oportunidad de compartir con ellos sus costumbres, danzas y artesanías Llegada al albergue y recepción con un refresco de fruta natural. Asignación de habitaciones. Almuerzo. Luego de un merecido descanso, iniciamos una caminata en Selva Primaria de la Reserva Comunal de Yanamono , por aproximadamente 2 horas acompañados por expertos guías y donde podremos identificar especies botánicas como la Heliconias , plantas medicinales y gigantescos árboles como la Lupuna (Ceiba Pentandra) cuyas dimensiones hacen que mas de 25 personas las rodeen. Durante este recorrido podremos escuchar diferentes especies de aves como el Rinahui (Cathaites-Aura), Tihuacuro ( Monasa-Atia) , etc. y con suerte observar pequeños monos como los Pichicos (saguinus fusicollis) y Tocones (Callicebus Mollock Mollock) y Frailes (Saimiri Boliviense). Retorno al albergue y descanso. Luego de contemplar el hermoso atardecer amazónico, iniciamos un interesante paseo nocturno en bote por la Quebrada Manco ( Si la creciente del río lo permite) o por el Río Amazonas, para deleitarnos de los mágicos sonidos de la selva y a la luz de la Luna observar las constelaciones. Cena y pernocte en el albergue.

Día 02 Heliconia Amazon River Lodge (D.A.C.) De madrugada, iniciamos el tour de observación de aves por la Quebrada Cáceres o similar ( si la creciente lo permite) donde observaremos especies como el Tuki (Jacana Jacana), Martín Pescador (Ceryle- Torquata), Coto Gavilán o gavilán de cuello negro (Busarellus nigricollis), etc. Retorno al Lodge donde nos espera un reconfortante desayuno.

Itinerario Día 1 Lima / Cusco Presentarse en el aeropuerto dos horas antes de la salida de su vuelo a Cusco. Arribo, recepción y traslado a su hotel. Resto de la mañana libre para aclimatarse a la altura. En la tarde, visita de la ciudad y ruinas aledañas: la Plaza Mayor, la Catedral, templo de Koricancha, continuación del recorrido por el parque arqueológico de Sacsayhuaman: Kenko, con sus galerías subterráneas y su anfiteatro semicircular; Tambomachay, donde destaca su sistema de acueductos, canales y cascadas y Sacsayhuaman imponente ejemplo de la arquitectura militar inca construida usando enormes bloques de piedra. Retorno al hotel. Día 2 Cusco / Machu Picchu /Cusco Por la mañana traslado a la estación para abordar el tren para su excursión a la Ciudad Perdida de los Incas. Llegando a la estación de tren de Aguas Calientes nuestro guía los estará esperando para dar inicio a su excursión, luego de un recorrido de 30 minutos en bus se llegara a la parte alta de la montaña, dónde se encuentra el complejo arqueológico de Machu Picchu, visita guiada por los sectores más importantes; calles, plazas y templos. Retorno en bus al Pueblo de Aguas Calientes. Almuerzo en un restaurante en el Pueblo de Machu Picchu. Por la tarde salida desde la estación de tren de Aguas Calientes a Cusco. Itinerary Day 01: Lima / Iquitos / Heliconia Amazon River Lodge (L,D) Reception at the luggage claim area of the Iquitos Int’l Airport, where our staff will be waiting for you. Then we will take you to our operative offices in Iquitos where we will give you an orientation of our services in accord with your program. Afterwards, we will take you to the Bellavista Port, where we will use one of our speedboats to take you to the Heliconia Lodge along the Amazon River. During this boat ride you will have the opportunity to observe the convergence of the brown turbid waters of the Amazon River with the dark waters of the Nanay River. You will enjoy the impressive jungle landscapes with the rustic small houses of the riverside towns. A visit to a native community is also scheduled in this part of the boat ride to the Lodge. In this community we will have the opportunity to hear about their way of life and to see their customs, dances and handcrafts. After 1:30 hrs. boat ride we will arrive to the Lodge where our staff will welcome you with a complimentary and exotic jungle drink. Lunch. In the afternoon we will start with our first excursion: a jungle hike into the Yanamono Reserve, which is a primary rainforest reserve, for approximately 2 hours accompanied by our expert guides, they will be able to identify several botanical species such as heliconia flowers, medicinal plants and giant trees such as the White silk-cotton tree (Ceiba Pentandra) whose dimensions are so big that 25 persons can circle it holding their hands. During this excursion you will also see several birds species such as the Turkey Vulture (Cathartes Aura), Black Fronted Nanbird (Monasa-Atia), etc., and with a little luck you will be able to see small monkeys such as marmosets (saguinus fusicollis) , and the Titi Monkey (Callicebus Mollock Mollock) and the squirrel monkey (Saimiri Boliviense). Return to the lodge for rest. Free time. After observing the Amazon Sunset, we will take a night boat ride to a stream , if the river is high enough, or along the Amazon River where you will enjoy the magical sounds of the jungle, the light of the moon or, if it is a clear night, you will observe the stars and constellations.Dinner. Day 2 Heliconia Amazon River Lodge (B,L,D) Early birdwatching. We will start very early going by boat to one of the several streams (if the water level allows us ). We will be looking for birds such as the Tuki (Jacana Jacana), Ringed Kingfisher (Ceryle-Torquata), Black-Collared Hawk (Busarellus nigricollis), etc. Return to the lodge, where a delicious breakfast will be waiting for you. After a little rest we will take a small fishing trip into small tributaries of the Amazon River. The most daring can try for fishing Piranhas. Itinerary Day 1 Lima / Cusco You must be in the airport two hours before, departure to the City of Cusco. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon visit of the city and surrounding ruins, the tour includes: Plaza Mayor, The Cathedral, Temple of Koricancha, continuing with the visit of the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman: Kenko, with its underground galleries and semicircular amphitheater; Tambomachay, where emphasizes their system of aqueducts, canals and waterfalls and Sacsayhuaman, imposing example of Inca military architecture built using large blocks of stone. Day 1 LIMA / AREQUIPA / CITY TOUR & MONASTERY OF SANTA CATALINA You have to be at the airport two hours before the departure time of your flight to Arequipa. Arrival to Arequipa, reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free in order to get adjust to the altitude. We will begin the tour with the visit of the City of Arequipa, with a tour through the Mirador de Volcanes (Panoramic Viewpoint Volcanos), Chilina Valley, the colonial area of Yanahuara.
