E s t a d o s U n i d o s f u e r o n e n t r e g a d o s a t i e m p o , d e n t r o d e l p r e s u p u e s t o y

c u m p l i e n d o l o s r e q u i s i t o s a c o r d a d o s , 1 5 % f a l l a r o n c o m p l e t a m e n t e , d e l 5 1 %

r e s t a n t e : 4 1 % f u e r o n e n t r e g a d o s c u m p l i e n d o c o n m e n o s d e l 5 0 % d e l a s

e s p e c i f i c a c i o n e s y p a s á n d o s e d e l 5 0 % d e l t i e m p o p l a n i f i c a d o y 2 7 % d e e s o s
