LA VISCOSIDAD PLASTICA DISMINUYE POR:
Remoción de sólidos
Shale shaker
Desarenadores, desilters, y centrifugas

Contaminantes Sal, cemento, anhidrita, gases acidos, etc.

i.e., viscosity (shear stress/shear rate) is constant regardless of shear rate.
Yield Point = 0
![Page 41: Reología](https://reader033.fdocuments.co/reader033/viewer/2022061109/5451d440b1af9fb9648b478c/html5/thumbnails/41.jpg)

FLUIDOS NO-NEWTONIANOS
Shear thinning (as the shear rate is increased, the shear stress increases at a lower rate than that of the shear rate, making it less than a proportional increase) When in laminar flow they are thinner at high shear rates than at low shear rates
![Page 44: Reología](https://reader033.fdocuments.co/reader033/viewer/2022061109/5451d440b1af9fb9648b478c/html5/thumbnails/44.jpg)
