Conventional Non Destructive Testing Services
Professional Testing Services (PTS) provides comprehensive inspection and NDT services to major clients involved in the fabrication and assembly of on and offshore structures
• 11 Level 3 PCN (ISO 9712) qualified and 52 Level 2 inspectors in ultrasonic testing, radiographic inspection, surface inspection (MT/PT and ET) and Visual inspection
• 10 technicians available with Rope Access qualifications
• Rapid mobilisation of experienced Level 2 and 3 inspectors to client assets
• Provision of level 3 technician onsite at all times to supervise NDT staff on asset
Advanced Tube Inspection Services
• Advanced NDT techniques including multi-frequency Eddy Current, Remote Field, Near Field and Mag Saturation Eddy Current and Pulse Echo Immersion Ultrasonics (IRIS)
• Asset/Project survey carried out by experienced Level 3 technician/supervisor and provision ofadvisory actions prior to start of anyproject
• Rapid mobilisation of experienced PCN (ISO 9712) Level 2 and 3 inspectors to client assets
• State of the art equipment and new probe “array” technology with provision of dedicated level 3 lead to supervise NDT staff where required
• Raw data capture and storage for future reference

Pipe Cutting & Bevelling Equipment
Roberts Machining Solutions designs and manufactures precision machinery and tools for pipe cutting, coating removal, beveling, milling and drilling both topside and subsea all of which can be purchased outright or hired on flexible terms
Offering three ranges of cutting equipment - for subsea, topside and single man use.
• Clyde – the original standard bearer of clamshell machining
• LC Clyde – lightweight and available for casing & conductor cutting or pipe coating removal
• LLC – lightweight, low clearance version of the Clyde, offering adaptability in clamshell machining

Wellclad delivers weld overlay solutions, using state-of-the-art technology to customers in the energy industry
Wellclad’s core services include:
