Yo no soy una persona del medio social electronico. Yo no entendía porque alguien necesita una cuenta de Twitter, Gooble, YouTuve o subscribirse a Linkedln. Yo

ni siquiera tenía una cuenta de Facebook porque me molestaba la idea de que mi información personal iba a estar volando por todo el mundo 24 horas al dia/7dias a la semana.

Pero entonces cuando lance NCulturas, la comercializacion de este negocio se convierte en medio social electronico que no se pudo ignorar. Entendí que el medio social electronico no puede ser importante para un individuo pero es necesario para tu negocio.

Empecé por buscar personas con conocimiento extenso en medio social electronico para Publicidad de Comercio. Les dije que yo contaba con un capital de $0.00 para este tipo de inversión, ellos empezaron a enseñarme todo tipo de promoción electrónica para negocios que yo lo puedo hacer gratis!! sin pagar un centavo!!

Lo primero que me dijeron que haga fue, crear una cuenta personal de Facebook. Aprendí que ni siquiera tiene que estar a mi nombre. Yo podria crear una cuenta a nombre de mi perro o hasta mi gato (siempre y cuando tenga 13 años o más). De ahí que, yo podria crear una cuenta sin dar mis datos personales a excepción de un correo electrónico verídico/verdadero.

En Facebook, para tu negocio, no es tu página personal lo que es importante. Es la pagina del negocio, tú puedes crear cuanta página de negocio tu quieras,Te permite conversar con tus clientes lo que no se puede hacer en la página de internet. Esto es GRATIS

No importa que tan grande o pequeño es tu negocio…. tu negocio/empresa necesita tener una pagina de Negocios en Facebook. Tu puedes ver nuestra pagina en ~ https://www.facebook.com/NCulturas

I’m not a social media person. I didn’t understand why somebody needed a

Twitter account or a Google+ account or YouTube account or join LinkedIn. I didn’t even have a Facebook account because I was concerned about my personal information flying around the world 24/7.

Then I launched NCulturas. Marketing became social media that could not be ignored. I found out that social media may not be important to an individual, but it is required for a business.

I began by finding someone who knew a lot about social media and social media marketing. Then I told them I had a budget of $0.00. They started showing me all the FREE things on the web for promoting a business.

The first thing I was told to do was to create a Facebook Personal account. I learned that it does not even have to be in my name. I can make an account for my dog or one of my cats or my goldfish (as long as they are 13 years old or older). Thereby, I can make an account without giving out anything personal, except a real email address.

On Facebook, for your business, it’s not your personal page which is important. It’s the Business Pages. You can make as many Business Pages as you want. Unlike a website, it allows you to converse with your customers. They are FREE.

Winter is Coming...

As Winter approaches make sure that the cold doesn’t take a bite out of your wallet.

With 35 yrs in the business BZ Plumbing will like to give you some advice on how to avoid any

busted pipelines and expensive repairs.

(1) Walk outside your house and close all the vents. Most vents should have a panel that you can just flip up to close it. If your does not , cut Styrofoam or cardboard to fit the hole, make sure you seal the area tied.

(2) Remove garden hoses out of the faucets, this will prevent for the faucet from freezing or braking. You can purchase a faucet cover to keep the faucet from freezing as well.

(3) Check that your pipes are insulated and wrapped with heat tape, insulation is not necessary for all houses but highly recommended if you live in a trailer.

(4) Pipes split because the expanding ice in the line doesn’t have enough room to expand.

(5) If you get a busted line, know where you main shutoff is so that you

don’t have water running everywhere.

que no se congele.

(3) Asegurarse de que los tubos están aislados y envueltos con cinta térmica. Aislamiento de tubería no es necesaria para todas las casas pero altamente recomendable si usted vive en un trailer (remolque/

casa movible).

(4) Si tiene una linea de tuberia rota, asegúrese de saber donde esta la llave principal de agua para que no tenga agua corriendo por todo lado.

(5) Las tuberías de agua se rompen/quiebran porque el hielo se extiende dentro de la línea y no tiene suficiente espacio para extenderse, si tiene acceso a la tubería de agua, puede usar un calentador eléctrico para descongelar la tubería.
