STUDIES AND PROJECTSRegarding studies and projects, Tavitel has a professional team with extensive experience, consisting of skilled technicians and professionals enrolled in professional associations and public entities, which oversee the respective areas of activity, especially civil, electrical and mechanical engineering.

MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SITEThis area allows us to bridge the gap between studies, projects and the construction process, making it possible to ensure our customer the projects compliance, the construction processes, costs, deadlines, and therefore, the quality of the project.

PROPERTY VALUATIONSFocusing our activity on studies and projects, targeted to real estate and being property valuation the central activity regarding investments in this area, as well as business operations involving urban or rural property, it was natural to included this service in the range of services provided to our clients.

RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGETIC EFFICIENCYEnergetic sustainability and reduction of fossil fuels consumption are in the centre of nowadays concerns, thus promoting renewable energies is also part of our services.

MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION SITEThe construction, since the administrative licensing procedures until final acceptance of the buildings, comprises a set of different activities in which our services include the following:

- Project analysis, comprising of the adequacy and compatibility of the project elements;- Checking the quantity of work to be done;- Consultation procedures to contractors;- Monitoring administrative licensing procedures, which comprise a good relationship with the relevant authorities that oversee the activity;- Costs and deadlines control;- Guaranteed quality of the materials used;- Guaranteed quality of the building processes adopted;- Coordination of work and contracts; - Progress reports of work issued periodically;- Coordination of health and safety in the construction site;- Provisional acceptance, work and final closure;- Diagnosis of pathologies of the construction.

RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY;

Regarding the rational use of energy, solar thermal energy in the building’s water heating systems, is included in the range of services provided under the project.From a system for a single-family house, through collective housing, schools, hotels, swimming pools or other buildings for collective use.

With the same principle, our performance in this area ranges from conducting economic feasibility studies, to select the appropriate technological solutions, engineering design and project, as well as, solutions for isolated facilities or connected to the public distribution network.

As it is known, the energy costs from buildings are sometimes significant due to various reasons, such as poor insulation or a precarious protection from the natural elements. A rational energy use enhances the execution of studies and projects in this area. Our experience reveals guaranteed financial return.
