13. INCIDENT INVESTIGATION
It is a procedure for the management of incidents, accidents and non-
conformities, corrective and preventive action.
For the control of these, which may arise during the execution of the work,
has been established a 'inspection program', with the objective to dene theresponsibilities, indicating the actions to be taken to control the impact
produced.
13.1. Objective
!stablish guidelines for the correct way to report investigate and report
incidents. "escribe how you will investigate and identify incidents, accidents
and nonconformities in the work in order to implement preventive and
corrective measures.
13.2. Scope
#his procedure applies to all activities performed in the work, to dene the

nonconformity.

"epending on the nature of the accident, all employees shall report to their
immediate supervisor any accident and incident occurring in your work area.
$ In principle, it is mandatory to consider the timely reporting of all
potential incidents and accidents which have caused some kind of
loss or damage to persons, e2uipment,

environment or altered the normal course of operations, such events

14.1. Objective
%et the internal audit process for +3% &anagement %ystem as well as the
corresponding processes for each of them.
#he audit helps to nd the ;aws in the implementation of the plan of
safety management. 5fter nding the problem, the preventive actions
of potential non-conformities and corrective actions of non-conformities are
taken. It also, allows to identify the points that were not considered in the

14.2. Scope

construction company and all its employees and subcontractors.

inspection, observation of activities and actions of people in the
workplace work.
eekly safety inspections should be performed in all areas of all sites.
#he %ecurity %upervisor denes +%3 inspection areas, keep a record
of the inspections and the inspection program distributed to all teammembers of the project management.
#he program must specify the nomineeCs inspectors, the area to be
inspected and the date will be held inspection.
#he report must be signed by each of the inspectors and sent to the
designated site administrator.
!ach person assigned to develop an inspection, is responsible for
contacting his fellow inspectors and ensures that inspections are
completed within the time specied in the program.
#he results of all inspections shall be available to all employees in the
camp meetings scheduled in conjunction with the results of corrective
actions taken.
