sitios no-latentes(plasma, cerebro-LCR) o

evidencia citológica or histológica de replicación BK.

Corresponds to histological

evidence of BKV replication causing organ dysfunction. The significance of organ involvement may be dependent

on the organ system and on

clinical or laboratory signs of

impairment.
